If you change the text of the heading, it will break the existing page anchor link, and you will need to regenerate the page anchor link and update the link to it accordingly. In order to anchor an object to the header, you must open the header pane. Page anchors depend on the heading title. Page anchors work across the pages as well! So you can create an anchor on 1 page and link to it from another page. Word will convert the paragraph into a frame.That is it!
